The path an authored asset reference loads from: a lumen:// URI as
written, anything else resolved against the app directory.
Markup src, bg: url(...) and a script’s set_src all resolve through
this. The bundle
source claims the lumen:// scheme itself, so joining such a URI to the
app directory would mangle it. The app directory comes from the
process-global cache in lumen_core::app_paths, which the runtime fills
for every run, so a packaged, artifact or headless run resolves like a
dev run rather than against the process’s working directory.
