Function push_plugin_event 

pub fn push_plugin_event(bytes: Vec<u8>) -> bool

Queue one encoded plugin event from any thread. Picked up on the next tick by the script layer’s drain; a parked event loop is woken to run that tick when a waker is installed (set_plugin_event_waker).

Returns false when the channel has disconnected.
