Builds the accessibility bridge for a window once the window exists.

What a bridge needs from the window differs between window backends (a platform window handle, an event-loop handle, a way to wake the loop), so the factory is opaque here. Each window backend documents the factory type it accepts; Self::downcast recovers it, and a backend handed a factory built for another one runs without accessibility rather than failing.
