The one spelling the cascade files name under, or None when it is not
a style property at all.
A property has two accepted spellings whenever Lumen’s short name and the
standard CSS one differ (bg / background, radius / border-radius).
Both answer with the same string here, so a consumer recording what an
element was styled with records one name per property rather than whichever
the author happened to type.
