Parse grid-row / grid-column <start>[/<end>] values. A
single integer = start only, end auto-placed. A pair separated
by / = explicit start + end line numbers. CSS span <N> and
named lines are out of scope for the W5.9 subset.
pub so lumenc’s grid tests (which drive the parser front-end and
therefore stay in lumenc) can exercise it via the parse::css
re-export.
