Remove every host-closure binding and return it, in registration order.
A hot reload takes the bindings out before it re-runs the script, then
hands the snapshot to restore_host_bindings so the ones the new script
did not re-bind keep firing. Native bindings are left in place; they belong
to the C-ABI / SDK caller, not to the script.
