Attributes

Struct Attributes

Source
pub struct Attributes { /* private fields */ }
Expand description

Untyped attribute bag handed to Widget::spawn: every attribute the element was written with in markup.

A flat (name, value) map keyed by attribute name, the values as authored. The parser owns the concrete representation; this crate keeps an enum-free wrapper so authors don’t pull a parser dep just to write a widget.

Implementations§

Source§

impl Attributes

Source

pub fn new() -> Self

Build an empty attribute bag.

Source

pub fn set( &mut self, key: impl Into<String>, value: impl Into<String>, ) -> &mut Self

Insert a single attribute. Last write wins.

Source

pub fn get(&self, key: &str) -> Option<&str>

Look up an attribute by name.

Source

pub fn get_or<'a>(&'a self, key: &str, default: &'a str) -> &'a str

Look up an attribute, falling back to the supplied default.

Source

pub fn parse<T: FromStr>(&self, key: &str) -> Option<T>

Parse an attribute into T via std::str::FromStr. Returns None when the attribute is absent or fails to parse.

Source

pub fn len(&self) -> usize

Number of attributes set.

Source

pub fn is_empty(&self) -> bool

true when no attributes are set.

Source

pub fn iter(&self) -> impl Iterator<Item = (&str, &str)>

Iterate over (name, value) pairs.
