Enum ColorScheme

Source
pub enum ColorScheme {
    Default,
    ForceLight,
    ForceDark,
    PreferLight,
    PreferDark,
}
Expand description

App-side intent for color-scheme resolution; mirrors libadwaita’s AdwColorScheme.

Resolution rules (see StyleManager):

Variants§

§

Default

Follow the OS-reported preference; fall back to light when no preference has been detected yet.

§

ForceLight

Force light regardless of OS preference.

§

ForceDark

Force dark regardless of OS preference.

§

PreferLight

Prefer light but follow OS overrides when reported.

§

PreferDark

Prefer dark but follow OS overrides when reported.

Implementations§

Source§

impl ColorScheme

Source

pub fn from_name(s: &str) -> Option<Self>

Parse the Rhai / FFI / @media flavoured names: "default", "auto", "force-light", "force-dark", "prefer-light", "prefer-dark", "light", "dark". Case-insensitive. Returns None on unknown.

Source§

impl From<bool> for ColorScheme

Source§

fn from(is_dark: bool) -> Self

Legacy bridge: true -> ColorScheme::ForceDark, false -> ColorScheme::ForceLight. Mirrors the pre-W4.6 OsTheme.is_dark bool, but lets old code lean on Into<ColorScheme> without a bespoke convert_* helper.

impl Hash for ColorScheme

Source§

fn hash<__H: Hasher>(&self, state: &mut __H)

Feeds this value into the given Hasher. Read more
1.3.0 · Source§

fn hash_slice<H>(data: &[Self], state: &mut H)
where H: Hasher, Self: Sized,

Feeds a slice of this type into the given Hasher. Read more

impl PartialEq for ColorScheme

Source§

fn eq(&self, other: &ColorScheme) -> bool

Tests for self and other values to be equal, and is used by ==.
1.0.0 (const: unstable) · Source§

fn ne(&self, other: &Rhs) -> bool

Tests for !=. The default implementation is almost always sufficient, and should not be overridden without very good reason.
