An at-rule the cascade does not implement, kept as authored for a consumer that does. The desktop cascade reads none of these; the web target writes them back out.

Fields

name: String

Lowercased, without the @: keyframes, font-face.

prelude: String

Everything between the name and the {, trimmed: spin. Empty for an at-rule that takes no prelude, such as @font-face.

body: String

Everything between the braces, verbatim.

media: Option<MediaQuery>

The @media block this was written inside, if any.
