SiblingPosition

Struct SiblingPosition

Source
pub struct SiblingPosition {
    pub child_index: i32,
    pub sibling_count: i32,
}
Expand description

Where an element sits among its element siblings. The structural pseudo-classes (:first-child, :last-child, :only-child, :nth-child()) are decided from this, so a caller that re-runs the cascade for a single element has to supply it: a wrong position is a rule matching the wrong sibling, not a rule that quietly fails.

Fields§

§child_index: i32

1-based position among element siblings.

§sibling_count: i32

Total element siblings, self included.

Implementations§

Source§

impl SiblingPosition

Source

pub fn new(child_index: i32, sibling_count: i32) -> Self

Position child_index of sibling_count, both 1-based.

Source§

impl Default for SiblingPosition

Source§

fn default() -> Self

An only child. This is the position of a document root, and the honest answer for a caller with no sibling information at all.

Source§

impl PartialEq for SiblingPosition

Source§

fn eq(&self, other: &SiblingPosition) -> bool

Tests for self and other values to be equal, and is used by ==.
1.0.0 (const: unstable) · Source§

fn ne(&self, other: &Rhs) -> bool

Tests for !=. The default implementation is almost always sufficient, and should not be overridden without very good reason.
