A ScriptHost::call whose function raised an error.

commands holds what the function queued before it failed, drained from the sink like a successful call’s. The runtime applies them, the way a browser keeps the DOM changes a throwing handler made before the throw: a print placed before the failing line still reaches the log, and a timer armed there still fires.
